Fire ratings apply to the complete assembly, not just the glass. Our systems include the glass, framing, intumescent seals, fixings and hardware, all tested together. Substitution of any component voids the rating. We supply full test reports showing the exact configuration, and we verify your specification matches before shipment.
For internal partitions and fire doors with no radiant heat concern: E30 or E60 monolithic fire glass is sufficient. Lower cost, thinner profile, easier installation.
For hospital corridors, escape routes and atrium barriers: EI60 or EI120 insulated fire glass is required. Limits temperature rise on the non-fire side, protecting evacuation paths.
For fire doors with vision panels: Our door vision panels are tested with specific door hardware and frame types. We provide compatibility notes for steel and timber door manufacturers.
For commercial office fit-outs: Partition systems include framing, glass and seals as a module. Designed for rapid installation with certifier-ready documentation.
